You have been carrying more than you have said out loud.

Something in you is asking: Who am I now? What do I really want? What is mine to release, and what is mine to embrace?

You don't have to answer that alone.

You know something is shifting.

Maybe you lost yourself in motherhood. Maybe at midlife or beyond when the life you built stopped fitting. Maybe in your work, your marriage, or when your faith collapsed and took your entire sense of self with it.

You've done therapy. You've read the books. You've made the pros and cons lists, and you're still asking the question.

Finding your way back can't be thought through. It has to be felt through.

My work helps you stay with yourself as something ends, listen to what your body already knows, and let your life reorganize around what's actually true.

The result isn't always a new job, relationship, or external identity.

It's an embodied sense of self you can return to, even when everything else feels unclear.

You are open. You are ready. And you deserve support that honors exactly where you are.

You are in the right place.

A woman with long curly hair walking along the beach at sunset, wearing a light, flowing dress, with the ocean and a sunset in the background.
A woman with blonde, messy updo hair and layered necklaces sitting outdoors by a stream, with mountains and trees in the background.

This is what becomes available when you turn inward.

Not overnight. Not through a formula. But through the kind of steady, supported, honest unfolding that happens when you finally give yourself permission to be tended.

You begin to release the old ways of being that have been running quietly in the background, the ones that kept you small, or busy, or braced.

You reconnect with your own vitality. Your creativity. Your aliveness.

You get clearer on who you are now, not who you were, and not who others have needed you to be.

You find your way into community with women who understand the season you are in, women who are also willing to slow down, tell the truth, and open to greater possibility.

This is not about reinventing yourself. It is about returning to yourself. And from that place of sovereignty, everything else becomes possible.

For the Family Member or Caretaker Searching on Her Behalf

And sometimes, the woman who needs this work is not you at all. Sometimes it is someone you love and are walking alongside, whether that is a mother, a friend, or someone in your care.

Maybe it is the woman who raised you. Maybe it is the friend you have known for decades. Maybe it is someone you care for, professionally or personally, and you have watched her lose pieces of herself to retirement, to widowhood, to a body that does not move the way it used to, to a world that stopped asking what she thinks.

You want her to feel like herself again. You just do not know how to hand her that.

This is exactly the work I do. I work with elders navigating the transitions that come with this season of life, with the same devotion to somatic, embodied coaching I bring to every woman I work with. This is not therapy, and it is not a checklist for aging gracefully. It is a space where she is seen, heard, and gently guided back to who she is, at any age.

If this is the woman you love, I would be honored to talk with you both.

“As women, we have the divine right to live a life that aligns with how we want to feel in body, mind and soul .”

About Sylvie

I know what it is to give everything you have to the people and the life around you.

I am a mother, a grandmother, a woman who has lived many seasons of her own. I have sat in the in-between. I have felt the depletion that comes from pouring out without knowing how to pour back in. A health scare brought me close to my own fragility and clarified what actually matters. Each threshold taught me what I now bring to this work: a devotion to living in deep connection with life itself.

That is not a footnote to this work. It is the foundation of it.

I am a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness and Life Transition Coach. What I bring is deep training, lived experience, and years of guiding women through the kind of thresholds I have crossed myself. I guide women through the kind of identity work I have lived, because I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels safe, is seen, heard, supported and gently guided back to herself.

I created Rooted Wise Woman because that space should exist. And because no woman should have to navigate her becoming alone.

I am so glad you are here.

Honor what your body, your heart, and your spirit are asking for. This is your sovereignty. Choose yourself, fully and fiercely.
