"I help women find their way back to themselves."

Hi, I’m Sylvie.

I am a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness and Life Transition Coach for women who have asked themselves: Where did I go? Who am I now? What is my purpose? And couldn't think their way to an answer.

You are done making yourself small. And you know it.

I spent years disappearing to keep everyone else comfortable. The work that brought me home to myself is the work I now do with you.

Maybe you lost yourself in motherhood. Maybe at midlife when the life you built stopped fitting. Maybe in your work, your marriage, or when your faith collapsed and took your entire sense of self with it.

You have done the therapy. You have read the books. You have made the lists. And you are still asking the question.

Because finding your way back cannot be thought through. It has to be felt through.

My work helps you stay with yourself as something ends, listen to what your body already knows, and let your life reorganize around what is actually true for you. I bring somatic practices, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness into every coaching relationship, alongside a personal meditation practice of over ten years, including silent Vipassana retreats.

The result is not always a new job, a new relationship, or a new external identity. It is something quieter and more lasting. An embodied sense of self you can return to, even when everything else feels unclear. It is sovereignty.

I am trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with additional certification in Elder Coaching and training in Somatic Practices, and I work with women in midlife and beyond.

I have maintained a personal meditation practice for over ten years, including silent Vipassana retreats, and Somatic practices, and I bring that same quality of presence into every coaching relationship.

I created Rooted Wise Woman because that space should exist. And because no woman should have to navigate her becoming alone.

I am so glad you are here.

Here's what I know, all the way down: everything you've been looking for outside yourself, you already carry. My work isn't to hand you a new plan or a new you. It's to walk beside you while you remember who you've been all along and reclaim the life that's actually yours.
